People who own a gym membership and no longer visit the facility are what is known in the industry as sleeping members. For some fitness clubs, sleeping members need to be left alone - but for others, these sleepers are seen as clients who are a few steps away from canceling the membership.
GymMaster offers functionality that prevents automatic communications from going out to sleepers, so you can keep your member base up to date without being concerned about triggering cancellations from sleeping members.
To automatically set members as sleeping after a chosen time period, navigate to Settings > Advanced Configuration > Member > Set member as 'sleeping' > Edit the time period > Save
If you want to contact your sleepers, increase this time period and then run one of the visitation reports to find the subset of members you want to email or SMS.
