Who is visiting your facility? Who has recently stopped visiting? What times are the busiest?
GymMaster reporting can answer these questions and provide an avenue for you to contact specific groups of members where needed. For example. you could email all recently not visiting members with an invitation to a new class offering or Bootcamp to get them back in the gym.
Navigate to Report and Till > Standard Report > Retention to view a suite of visitation reports.
This data can help inform decisions about when to set members as sleeping when to allow access for off-peak memberships, and who to contact for certain offerings. If you find that certain reports work best for your facility, save them as favorites so you can find them easily later.
