Make sure you maintain up-to-date ownership and contact information for your gym to keep it safe and secure. The team at GymMaster will require owner permission for significant development changes, and having out-of-date owner information on file can result in delays for gym staff trying to action urgent updates. It is GymMaster policy to only send waivers for data changes to the email address of the owner saved on file. This policy exists to protect the integrity and security of your data.
You can update club ownership or contact details from the Club Details page in GymMaster. Navigate to Settings > Club Details > [GymMaster Account] > Change Ownership to update ownership information and contact details for your facility. Once you submit your request a representative from our Accounts team will be in touch.
