Reporting can help you keep track of what is going well for your facility, and where there might be room for improvement. For example, the Converted Prospects report can help you track new signups over time, while the Staff Membership Sales report can show you who is making the most conversions.You may want to come back to the same reports regularly to monitor changes. In this case, it may be worth adding the report to your favorites. To add a report to the favorites section of every staff member, select the star icon. To add the report to the favorites section of the logged in staff member only, select the heart icon.
Next time you want to view the report, navigate to Report and Till > Standard Report > Favourites.
