If a member is unable to see class bookings when attempting to book online, there can be a number of causes for this, depending on the situation.

Typical reasons & remedies
1. The button to allow class bookings isn't available
Go to:Settings > Member Portal > Edit Portal Buttons > Booking > Book a Class > Edit
, and select Show to Members, then save.
2. The button is available, however, there are no classes listed
Go to:Settings > Booking and Classes > Class List > Edit the Class you wish to show > Online Bookings
> Tick Bookable Online, then save.
3. There are still no classes listed
Classes must be added to the schedule to be bookable online
4. There are still no classes listed
The member may not have the right membership benefits, their membership may not have started yet, or the booking type may not allow casual member pricing.
To set casual member pricing :Settings > Booking and Classes > Class List > Edit the Class > Class is for
> tick Base price and set a dollar value.
5. There are classes listed, but I need to allow booking further into the future
To adjust globally:Settings > Member Portal > Classes > Open class bookings online
Or override for a specific class :Settings > Booking and Classes > Class List > Edit the Class > Online Bookings
> Open online bookings
