Members stay motivated when they can see progress. When results are visible and measurable, engagement stays high and retention follows. Giving members a clear way to track improvement is not a bonus feature. It is a retention tool.
EGYM uses connected workout machines and fitness apps to record performance data and compare it against goals set by the member or their trainer. Members log in with their own EGYM account and can view results on the equipment, in the mobile app or online.
When integrated with GymMaster, member information syncs automatically to EGYM. Staff do not need to enter or maintain data in both platforms.
How does it work?
This integration is primarily a one-way sync from GymMaster to EGYM.
GymMaster remains the master record for member data. It creates and maintains the member’s EGYM account by sending core profile and membership information to EGYM. This includes name, date of birth, gender, address, contact details, RFID, membership status, and membership dates.
During initial setup, existing GymMaster members are imported into EGYM. From that point forward, any new member or prospect created in GymMaster, or any saved update to an existing profile, automatically syncs to EGYM. If a member is deleted in GymMaster, the data sync stops; however, the EGYM account itself remains within EGYM unless separately removed there.
Workout and performance data (e.g. exercise history, strength metrics, machine usage, progress tracking) are stored within EGYM’s system. This information does not flow back into GymMaster under the standard integration.
How to set up the integration

As best practice, inform your members that their information will be stored in EGYM. A bulk email to existing members and a clear note in your sign-up process ensures transparency and keeps expectations aligned.
