GymLeads is a dedicated lead capture and management tool designed for fitness clubs. It helps you collect enquiries from multiple sources,like your website, landing pages, social ads, or QR codes, and funnels them into a central place where your team can act on them quickly and consistently. When connected to GymMaster, leads captured in GymLeads can flow straight into your member management system. That means an inquiry becomes a live prospect in your funnel, ready for follow-up, nurturing, and conversion. Member profiles stay in sync between GymLeads and GymMaster, so once someone joins, their information is already in your club database without double entry.
Connect GymLeads with GymMaster
Have the following ready:
GymMaster API Token – located in GymMaster under Integrations > Member Portal
GymMaster URL – e.g.
https://yourclub.gymmasteronline.com
Begin Integration
Open GymLeads
Navigate to Settings > Third Party Integrations > Outgoing
Select GymMaster and proceed with setup
Enter your GymMaster API Token and your club’s unique GymMaster web URL to connect the integration.
Click Set Up Integration to complete the connection.
Users will need to log out and log back in before the GymMaster integration option becomes visible in the system.
Exporting to GymMaster
To export a closed lead, click Close and Export and select GymMaster.
If your credentials are correct, the lead will be successfully sent to your GymMaster account.
When a lead is exported to GymMaster, they are automatically created as a Prospect.
To convert a Prospect to a Member, open the profile and toggle their status from Prospect to Member. You can then assign their division, set up memberships, and complete any additional configuration as required.
Important: GymLeads requires the following fields before a lead can be exported to GymMaster:
First Name
Last Name
Date of Birth
Email Address
Ensure these details are completed prior to export to avoid sync issues.
