How do I setup Bookings for my Gym?

One of the key features in GymMaster is the ability to offer bookings, which come in two types — Classes and Services. Understanding the difference between these two will help you set them up effectively for your business.
 

Classes

Classes are designed for groups of unaffiliated members, all attending a single session together. Common examples include :

  • Pilates

  • Spin

  • Bootcamps

  • Yoga

Classes are typically scheduled in advance and members can book into them individually.
 

Services

Services are typically one-on-one sessions or small group sessions. These are often more personalised than classes. Common examples include :

  • Personal Training

  • Massage Therapy

  • Nutrition Coaching

  • Small Group Training (e.g. 2–4 clients with one coach)

Services can be booked for a specific member at the time of scheduling, or you can set up available time slots that members can book into online.
