How to Reschedule a Booking

If you need to move a booking to a different time or date, it’s easy to do right from the schedule. Here’s how:

1. Navigate to the Schedule

Head over to your Schedule page where you can see all your current bookings laid out.

2. Filter the Schedule

Use the filters to make it easy to find what you’re looking for — set them so you can see:

  • The current time and date of the booking you wish to move

  • The time and date you wish to move it to

This step just makes sure both the original and the new spots are visible on your screen.
Once you’ve located the booking, simply click and hold it, then drag it over to the new time slot on the schedule.

3. Drag and Drop the Booking

Once you’ve located the booking, simply click and hold it, then drag it over to the new time slot on the schedule.

 

4. Confirm the Change

When you let go, a prompt will pop up asking you to confirm the change. This is your chance to double-check that everything looks right before saving.

5. For Repeat Bookings

If the booking is part of a repeating series, you’ll also see a tick box in the prompt. Tick this if you wish to apply the change to all bookings in the series — otherwise, it’ll only move the one you dragged.
