Add Bulk Charges to Members

GymMaster’s reporting system makes it easy to apply a one-off charge to groups of members in just a few steps.  Start by building the group you want using a report. If you only want to charge specific members, simply filter out anyone who shouldn’t be included. 

For example, to charge all current members, use the Current Members report.

  • Go to Reports & Till > Standard Report > Member > Current Members, then select Show Report.

  • Once the report loads, select Bulk Action > Charge All at the top of the page. 

 

 

  • This opens a selection screen where you can review the list, exclude members if needed, or simply select Select All.

 

 

Next, enter:

  • the charge amount
  • a clear charge note (description)
  • when the charge should be collected

Finish by clicking Charge to confirm and apply the billing.
